Photography experience
My newborn photography sessions are for 2.5 hours and specifically created for newborns up to 12 weeks old. I just love these first few weeks and I’m honoured that so many parents have trusted me to capture this treasured phase.
Your shoot will be in my studio, which is a timeless decorated neutral space that maximises natural light. My sessions are led by the child, with minimal posing.
As with all my photography, your session is designed to be an experience and I will invite you to be involved along with any siblings. This is a time to treasure as a family.
- Briefs to cover nappies are available to choose from in my newborn wardrobe
- Refreshments (tea/coffee) will be provided
Preparing for your session
- If possible, feed your baby before leaving your home. This way your newborn will be perfectly sleepy during the shoot. Please don’t worry if this isn’t possible. There is always time to do this on arrival, it just means more coffee and chats whilst you feed them.
- I have a newborn wardrobe to select outfits
- Briefs to cover nappies are available to choose from in my newborn wardrobe
- Refreshments (tea/coffee) will be provided
A non-refundable deposit of £70 is required upon booking.

Can I feed my newborn at your studio?
Yes of course you can! I like to create a very intimate, relaxed environment. Milk drunk babies tend to be the best to photograph so if you feed on arrival, all the better!
When is the best time to book a newborn photography session?
Advanced booking is highly recommended – I advise getting in touch after your 12 week scan. So, with your exact due date we can discuss and book the most suitable date for the shoot.
How many images will I receive?
You will receive 6 edited digital images within the price of your experience. You can choose your preferred images via your own private gallery. You can upgrade to the full gallery for £129 (50+ images).
Option available to purchase USB box and prints.
